Leigh-Anne Amore, Esq.

Leigh-Anne Amore is an Associate Attorney at Cona Elder Law. Ms. Amore practices in the area of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and elder law. She handles all aspects of probate and estate administration, including preparing Court petitions, the collection of assets, the preparation of estate tax returns, distribution of assets, the preparation of accountings, and settling trusts and estates. Ms. Amore engages in estate planning, including drafting Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and health care proxies, and advises clients regarding asset protection and Medicaid planning. Ms. Amore handles guardianship proceedings in the Surrogate’s Court as well as the Supreme Court.
