Marcus O’Toole-Gelo, Esq. is a partner at Cona Elder Law. As a member of the Estate Planning department, Mr. O’Toole handles the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies and Living Wills. As part of the Estate Administration department, Mr. O’Toole is responsible for the preparation and filing of Surrogate’s Court petitions, including petitions for probate or administration, and assists clients with the day-to-day administration of estates, including the collection of assets, the preparation of estate tax returns, distribution of assets and the preparation of accountings. As an estate litigator, Mr. O’Toole handles will contests, contested estates, disputed accountings and related tax disputes and filings.
