Cona Elder Law, Elder Law Counselors, are pleased to invite you to the ribbon cutting and opening of the Susan C. Snowe Caregiver Resource Center in Melville - Long Island's first resource center for seniors, families and caregivers. 

Located in Cona Elder Law's new office suite, community members will have access to information, materials and resources on assisted living facilities, home care agencies, nursing homes, senior housing, long term care insurance, reverse mortgages and more. On designated days and times, the public can speak with a Cona Elder Law Elder Law attorney at no charge.
