WEBINAR: Medicaid Home Care New Look Back Period

Effective January 1, 2021 there will be the imposition of a 2 ½ year look back for all home care services. Any transfers made during or after October 1, 2020 will result in a penalty in the same way that the penalty is calculated for the ‘5 year look back’ for Institutional Medicaid.
