Casey Marsh, Esq.

Casey Marsh is an Associate Attorney at Cona Elder Law. Casey focuses her practice in Article 81 Guardianships, Estate Litigation, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Probate matters. In her practice, she has represented clients in both contested and uncontested Article 81 Guardianship Proceedings and has received a number of appointments as Court Evaluator from the Part 36 list. Casey primarily practices in Suffolk County and Nassau County.

Casey graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2019, and continued her legal education at Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where she graduated cum laude in 2023.

Before joining Cona Elder Law, Casey has worked as a Law Clerk and Associate Attorney practicing in the areas of Guardianship, Estate Litigation, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Probate. She has thoroughly enjoyed learning and growing in these practice areas.

Casey is an active member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.
