Julie J. Wyetzner

Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer

Julie Wyetzner is the Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer of Cona Elder Law.

Ms. Wyetzner joined the management team in April 2016 to support the firm’s growth and to spearhead its administration. In her role as COO, Ms. Wyetzner oversees all aspects of firm management including human resources, talent acquisition and retention, retirement plan and benefits, financial, facilities and technology management, and is actively involved in the firm’s strategic and practice development initiatives.

Ms. Wyetzner has held several leadership positions during her thirty-five year career in business development and management. From 2003 to 2016, Ms. Wyetzner was the Executive Director of Goldberg & Connolly, a prominent construction boutique law firm.

Prior to that, Ms. Wyetzner’s career was focused on financial services business development. She was a former Vice President of Citibank where she successfully introduced investment products across the bank's branch network.  Additionally, Ms. Wyetzner was the Vice President and Director of Marketing for an online brokerage company and for Signature Financial Group, a mutual fund development company.

Ms. Wyetzner is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators Long Island chapter where she chairs the Community Connection Committee and is a member and sponsor of the Society of Human Resource Management’s LI chapter (SHRM-LI).

She received her B.B.A. in Finance from Hofstra University.
