Paul Hyl, Esq. will be leading the Trusts and Estates Annual Meeting entitled:

“Till Death Do Us Part: Update on Marriage and Estate Law"

Paul Hyl, Esq. will present on the ethical dilemmas of multiple marriages and blended families, including ethical considerations in representing married couples, unmarried couples, half married couples, same sex couples and couples in second (or third and fourth) marriages.  The New York Rules of Professional Conduct will be reviewed and the need for and appropriate use of conflict of interest waivers.
