Susan & Alan Snowe Caregiver Resource Center

In the practice of Elder Law, we are constantly called upon by families to help with much more than legal services.  We may help with nursing home admission, coordinating home health care services, assisted living placement, financing health care costs, finding caregiver support services, and more. With the Susan & Alan Snowe Caregiver Resource Center, we have created an information center that is accessible to everyone.
