This pandemic has impacted all of us and our way of life, and Cona Elder Law has been working hand in hand with all of our clients to assist them in all aspects of personal and financial issues. We have created new processes to do this in a time when we are forced to socially distance ourselves and work in a remote environment.

How We Are Responding to COVID-19 with Our Clients:

• 24/7 Crisis Hotline: Genser Cona Elder Law is available to you 24/7 through our after hours, crisis, elder law hotline: 631.390.5000. We have assisted several clients during this time period who need immediate answers to questions and advice for how to handle this situation.
• Webinars: We provide weekly webinars on a variety of topics including ourselves on educating our public- especially in times of crisis. If we can’t meet with you in person, we want to make sure every resource possible is available to you to help you plan for your future.
• Our Online Learning Center: Explore our new online Learning Center featuring explanations and frequently asked questions in short, easily absorbed Videos, Podcasts and more- available to you 24/7 through our website.
• Teleconferences with Clients and Loved Ones: All of our attorneys routinely speak to our clients and their families via telephone conference calls using video technologies such as SKYPE, Zoom and GoToMeeting.  These technologies are allowing us to feel almost like we are in the same room.
• Virtual Signings: It is now more important than ever to plan, and Genser Cona Elder Law is here to help- with virtual meetings, signings, notaries, and witnesses, we will ensure your needs are met.
