HIA-LI to Honor Cona Elder Law PLLC at 20th Annual Business Achievement Awards Ceremony

The HIA-LI will honor the Melville-based leading elder law firm Cona Elder Law PLLC (Cona Elder Law) as a finalist of the prestigious 2014 Business Achievement Award at the Gala Luncheon on September 16th at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.  Steve Bellone, Suffolk County Executive, is the keynote speaker at HIA’s 20th Annual Award ceremony attended by more than 500 business leaders and political dignitaries on LI.  

At the event, Melissa Negrin-Wiener, Esq., partner at Cona Elder Law, will receive a plaque recognizing the firm for their commitment to Long Island, industry leadership, employer/employee relations and revenue and profitability trends over the last three years.  

Based on an essay submitted by the firm and a personal interview by the HIA board, Cona Elder Law stood out from other nominees based on such accomplishments as: involving their employees in charitable community activities, exceptional work they do for their clients, named a top elder law firm on LI for the last several years with continued growth and expansion into new markets.
