Melissa Negrin-Wiener, Esq. will discuss Aid and Attendance benefits, available through the Department of Veterans Affairs which is a non-service connected pension benefit for Veterans and spouses who require the aid and attendance of another individual to perform the personal functions required in everyday living.

Ms. Negrin-Wiener will also discuss proper estate planning necessary to qualify for the benefit.
