Snowe Caregiver Resource Center, we have created an information center that is accessible to everyone.
About Susan C. Snowe
Susan C. Snowe dedicated her life and career to connecting people and families with community resources. Susan was a social worker for more than 40 years. For 32 years, she worked with disabled children and their families at AHRC. Upon her retirement, Susan worked as a social work consultant offering services to the elderly. Susan helped countless disabled children and families and seniors and caregivers as an advocate and liaison to connect people with available resources. It is in Susan's memory that we at Cona Elder Law strive to serve our clients as well as she served hers.
