The Benefits of Preplanned

Kimberly Bartlett, Family Services Counselor with Dignity Memorial, will be providing free consultations at Cona Elder Law's Susan C. Snowe Caregiver Resource Center in July.
Kimberly will help you prearrange a memorial that inspires, comforts and leaves a lasting legacy. Kimberly will see to it that your loved one's tribute is flawlessly carried out, just as you envisioned. Kimberly Bartlett is available every Thursday in July (6th, 13th, 20th, 27th) from 3:00-5:00pm.
Appointments must be made in advance. To reserve a spot, please call Janet Russell at 631.390.5000 or email Janet.Russell@conalaw.com.
