In honor of National Caregiver Month this November, Cona Elder Law, a leading elder law firm in Melville, is hosting its 4th Annual Caregiver Conference focusing on: Elder Care Conversations: Communication Strategies. It will take place on Tuesday, November 15th from 6 PM – 9 PM at the Hofstra University Club, Hempstead.

Ilene Corina, is the President of PULSE Center for Patient Safety, Education & Advocacy. Ilene is a nationally recognized award winning advocate for patient safety. She began educating the public on patient safety following the loss of her son from a medical injury. She was selected by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of the “50 Experts Leading the Field of Patient Safety” and has won many awards for her work as an educator and an advocate.
