In this newly created position for the firm, Ms. Wyetzner will oversee daily office operations including financial and human resources management. She will also assist managing partner Jennifer Cona, Esq. with strategic planning and practice management as well as business development and client retention.
Prior to joining Cona Elder Law, Ms. Wyetzner’s tenure included 13 years as the Executive Directive of Goldberg & Connolly, a prominent 20 person construction boutique firm on Long Island. She was actively involved in the daily administration of the firm as well as directing the practice development initiatives and strategic plans.
During her 30 years in business development and marketing, Ms. Wyetzner held several leadership positions at financial services companies. As Vice President of National Marketing at Citibank, she introduced new investment products through the bank’s branch network.

Ms. Wyetzner earned her B.B.A. in Finance from Hofstra University. She lives with her husband, Steven, in Merrick and has two children, Shelby, age 25 and Charlie, age 22. Ms. Wyetzner is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators, both the national and the Long Island chapters.
