Melville, NY, December 12, 2018.  The elder law and estate planning firm of Cona Elder Law is pleased to announce its expansion to Nassau County with the opening of an office located at 90 Merrick Avenue in East Meadow, NY.  Michael L. Pfeifer, Esq., of Pfeifer Law, PLLC, has been appointed Of Counsel.

A seasoned attorney, Michael L. Pfeifer concentrates his practice in the areas of elder law, special needs planning and estate planning.  He handles all aspects of estate planning, including preparation of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies and Living Wills.  He also assists families with asset protection and Medicaid planning, handling all aspects of the Medicaid application process for nursing home care, home health care and community benefits from promissory note planning and asset transfers to care coordination.
