Cona Elder Law employees raised $3,000 for Island Harvest, the largest hunger relief organization on Long Island. Island Harvest delivers millions of pounds of good, surplus food – much of which might otherwise go to waste – to a network of 570 LI-based food pantries, soup kitchens and other non-profit organizations. Island Harvest also provides multiple services and programs to those in need including their Senior Mobile Food Pantry and Operation: HOPE, a program that delivers food and supplies to the doors of Long Island veterans and their families 2 days a week.
